Ecological Mangement Institute have in principle an agreement with the municipality of Zaanstad for the location of the hotel. The hotel has 800 rooms, a casino, restaurants, a wellness center, shops, landing stage for a cruise ship and a helicopter landing strip. There will be a fast boat connection with the central station in Amsterdam and the passenger excursion boats to the Zaanse Schans and the Amsterdam waterways.<\/p>\n
The total investment is about 250 million euros. Until the building permit is granted, the investment is 50 million euros.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

The cooperation of the municipality of Zaanstad is a fact, therefore the building permit will give little problems. We are looking for an investor, preferably someone who wants to be involved with the start of the development and that start is now! Suppose we could start at the end of 2016, the hotel can be opened at the end of 2019.<\/p>\n
The Amsterdam region has a tourist growth of 6% per year. There are now about 30,000 hotel rooms in Amsterdam, the growth per year is approximately 1800 rooms. In Amsterdam there are no more options for iconic hotels.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
